Verknipt Festival (Utrecht, Netherlands) 2027

Verknipt Festival is the open-air flagship of Verknipt, the Utrecht-based events organisation known for hard-edged techno programming across club nights, indoor events and outdoor festivals in the Netherlands. The festival is held at Strijkviertel, an event site on the western edge of Utrecht near the A2 and A12 motorways, which gives it good access from Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the south of the country.

Verknipt Festival 2027 takes place on Saturday 5 June and Sunday 6 June 2027 at Strijkviertel in Utrecht, according to the official event page. At the time of writing the page is a sign-up placeholder: pre-registration is open, no ticket link has been published and no line-up has been announced. Fans who want early access to tickets should register on verknipt.org, as the organisation typically releases the first ticket phases to registered users before general sale. The dates fall on the same weekend as Free Your Mind Festival in Arnhem.

Expect a programme that leans towards harder and faster techno, presented across multiple stages on the open Strijkviertel grounds over two full days. Verknipt events are known for their stage production and for a crowd that comes for the music rather than the extras, and the festival remains one of the busier techno weekends in the Dutch calendar. Further information on stages, timetables and travel will appear on the official site as the techno festival approaches.
