About Zebbie’s Garden

Zebbie's Garden is a rooftop club on the third floor of 1223 Connecticut Avenue in Dupont Circle, Washington DC, above the Mayflower Club. Nightlife entrepreneur Antonis Karagounis opened it in 2021 and named it after Zachariah 'Zebbie' Goldsmith, a figure from the building's Prohibition-era past. The 2,500 square foot room is styled as an indoor garden, with hanging cherry blossoms, neon rose lights and faux grass under a retractable glass roof that lets it run all year, plus a DAS Audio E11EVEN sound system, an LED wall and 13 VIP tables. The club presents itself as a home for house and techno, with residents Gianni Glo and Farouq and guests such as SIDEPIECE and Welker, and it was voted number 86 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs poll in 2023. It opens Thursday to Saturday from 22:00.
