Tahoe Live (Olympic Valley, CA, United States) 2026

Tahoe Live runs at Palisades Tahoe in Olympic Valley from 11 to 13 December 2026, three days of music in the Sierra Nevada at the opening of the ski season. Palisades hosted the 1960 Winter Olympics and sits at 1,890 metres with the lifts rising to 2,750, which gives the festival a setting few American events can match.

The format pairs the mountain with the music: festival grounds with multiple bars and beer gardens, local food vendors and the resort’s own village at the base. The organisers publish photos and recap films from each edition, and the event has grown steadily since it started.

General admission three day passes opened at 219 dollars for the early bird, which sold out, with tier one at 249 and later tiers following, and payment plans available. VIP three day passes run from 379 to 429 dollars and add a dedicated check in area. Entry is 18 and over. Olympic Valley is 45 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International and around three hours from San Francisco by road. For an American ski resort music festival, Tahoe Live has the best mountain.
