Cascadia Winter Solstice Weekend (Seattle, WA, United States) 2026

Cascadia Winter Solstice Weekend runs at the Nectar Lounge in Seattle from 17 to 19 December 2026, three nights timed to the shortest days of the year. The Nectar is a long standing independent venue in Fremont, and the Cascadia name refers to the bioregion the Pacific Northwest scene identifies with.

Beats Antique and Desert Dwellers head the bill, two acts that have defined the American world bass and downtempo circuit for close to two decades. High Step Society, Atyya, Chmura, Duffrey, Marques Wyatt and Sabo also play, with more names announced closer to the date. That is a bill drawn almost entirely from the West Coast transformational festival circuit rather than from the club calendar.

Tickets are sold through Tixr. The Nectar Lounge sits on North 36th Street in Fremont, around 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and reachable by bus, with Seattle-Tacoma 30 minutes south. Mid December in Seattle is wet and dark, with the solstice falling on 21 December, which is the point of the timing. For an American solstice music festival, this is the Pacific Northwest gathering.
