About Sound

Sound is a club on North Las Palmas Avenue in Hollywood, just off Hollywood Boulevard and within walking distance of the major theatres. It opened on New Year's Eve 2012, launched by Muse Lifestyle Group, and was built around its sound system and visual production, with 3D projection mapping and custom video content across the room.

The 8,000 square foot space mixes modern design with raw industrial details. It has an expansive sunken dancefloor, an elevated DJ booth, oversized booths and recessed tables with sightlines to the stage, several full-service bars and a kitchen for events; some wood panelling came from Frank Sinatra's former home. The programme focuses on house, tech house and techno from international touring DJs, with autumn 2026 dates including Biscits, Deep Dish, Chéchas and Volkoder, plus a three-day Halloween run. Past guests include Marco Carola, Sasha and deadmau5 as testpilot.
