Kunal Merchant Selects: Label Favourites Playlist on Spotify

A label’s history is best heard through the ears of the people who lived it. Kunal Merchant Selects: Label Favourites is a short, curated trip through the Crosstown Rebels and Rebellion catalog, chosen by Kunal Merchant.

Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons headline the artist list alongside Made By Pete, Carl Craig, Zoe Kypri, Black Coffee, Dixon, &ME and Dubfire. “Horizon Red – Black Coffee Remix” by Made By Pete, Zoe Kypri, Black Coffee stretches to 9:25, and “Inside My Head – Original Mix” by Audiojack runs 7:40. The selection also features Kunal’s own recent release Bombay Acid.

This is deep, hypnotic and long-form, made for late-night sessions and after-hours. It is a compact list of 11 tracks and 1 h 26 min, so each one gets room to breathe.

Label classics, one selector, no rush.
