About Level 1

Level 1 is a dance music venue on the lower level of Cannonball Arts at 1930 3rd Ave in downtown Seattle, a few blocks from Pike Place Market, in a reworked former Bed Bath & Beyond store. Cannonball Arts is produced by the team behind the Bumbershoot festival, and Level 1 runs in partnership with Insomniac, with a focus on house, techno and experimental electronic music all year. The room is built for low-light, immersive dancing around a bespoke six-point sound system designed by House Under Magic of New York and powered by Danley Sound Labs, arranged in the club-standard layout so music plays around the dancers rather than at them. Nights mostly run from 21:00 to 02:00 at weekends and are 21+. The autumn 2026 programme includes Restricted, a 240km/h showcase with Adrian Mills and Zwilling, re/cess and Noizu.
