About CLUB MAGO

CLUB MAGO is a basement nightclub on the B2 floor of the Unryu Flex Building in Shinsakae, Naka-ku, three minutes on foot from Exit 2 of Shinsakae-machi subway station. It opened in 1996, when the Spanish restaurant cafe MAGO moved into the building and turned into a club, and house and techno have been its core from the start: owner MAY began with a house party called HOUSE ENERGY. The club marks its 30th anniversary with a party on 10 October 2026 with DJ Nori. Weekends bring local and touring house, techno and minimal DJs, with October 2026 guests including Ario, Petre Inspirescu and KEIHIN, while Wednesdays host a salsa dance school. The club adjoins Live & Lounge Vio, and the 1,000 capacity DIAMOND HALL concert venue is upstairs in the same building.
