About ARKbar Beach Club

ARKbar Beach Club sits directly on Chaweng Beach on Koh Samui's east coast and opened in 2000 as a small beach bar. It has since grown into a beach club, a 187-room resort and the HIP Restaurant on the same site. The beach club runs every day: a pool party from 2pm to 7pm around two beachfront pools, then a beach party on the sand from 8pm to 2am, when resident and visiting DJs play house, EDM and commercial classics. Residents include Sound Bogie, Davoted, Alex Redwhite, Taro Pick, Tony and Spice. A free fire show runs every hour from 8pm to midnight. Once a month, just before the Full Moon Party on nearby Koh Phangan, ARKbar holds its Moonlit Beach Festival with international headliners, and on 31 December it hosts a countdown beach festival.
