Brazilian producer’s release on Embassy One marks a new chapter in a career that continues to position her as one of the most influential voices in Latin American electronic music.
On March 13, Curol unveiled her remix of “Beacon,” a track from Monolink’s album “The Beauty Of It All“, originally released in September 2025. Out via Embassy One as part of the album’s official remix series, the release sees the Brazilian artist featured alongside Yamagucci and Maxi Meraki — two standout names who have also reworked material from the Berlin-based producer.
Curol’s take brings “Beacon” into her Afro House-driven sound, preserving the emotional core of the original while layering in percussive textures, rolling basslines, and subtle melodic details that add new depth to the track. The result is a hypnotic, groove-led version where dancefloor energy and emotional weight coexist effortlessly — a balance that sits at the heart of both artists’ musical identities. The remix is currently sitting at #2 on Beatport’s Afro House Releases chart and #29 on the Top 100 Afro House.
Taking to Instagram, Monolink shared his support:
“Absolutely love Curol‘s remix of “Beacon”, honoured to have this wonderful reimagination of the track out today, straight from Brazil,”
he wrote.
Notably, their connection dates back to November 2023, when Curol opened for Monolink in Brazil at Gate22 — a moment that helped spark what has now evolved into a deeper artistic exchange. Since then, her international trajectory has continued to gain momentum.

The release also arrives during a particularly active phase in Curol’s career. Alongside the Monolink remix, she recently dropped “Mziki, Vol. II“, a seven-track collaborative EP featuring artists from her close creative circle, further expanding her artistic footprint. On April 4, she’s set to play one of the final events at Warung Beach Club, joining a day party lineup that also includes Mano Le Tough — reinforcing her presence within some of the country’s most relevant electronic music circuits.
More about Curol
The remix lands at a moment when Curol is firmly establishing herself as one of the leading voices in Latin American Afro House. A recipient of the WME Award for Best DJ, she has been featured on 1001Tracklists’ The Future of Dance list for four consecutive years and made history as the first Brazilian woman to release on the renowned “All Day I Dream“, with her remix of Dimitri Nakov’s “Nocturne.”
Her track record reflects this steady rise, with performances at major global stages including Rock in Rio, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Universo Paralello, DGTL, and Ushuaïa, as well as appearances at Amsterdam Dance Event and the Paris Olympics. Most recently, she expanded her presence across South America with a standout performance at CORE Medellín, further cementing her role as a bridge between the Brazilian scene and the global circuit.
