About Veld Music Festival
Veld Music Festival is Toronto’s largest open-air dance music event and takes place at Downsview Park in the north of the city. The 2027 edition is scheduled from Friday 30 July to Sunday 1 August 2027, dates confirmed on the festival’s Front Gate ticketing page, which lists the venue as Downsview Park. The official website still carries information from the 2026 edition, including daily lineups, set times, theme days and afterparties.
Early bird sales for 2027 have already taken place. Three-day general admission and three-day VIP early bird passes are marked sold out on Front Gate, which invites fans to register for the next release. Single-day tickets have been offered in previous editions once daily lineups were published. The 2027 lineup has not been announced, and the festival’s fan club mailing list is the channel the organisers point to for announcements.
Veld is a big-room music festival rather than an underground event, with main stage headliners from house, EDM, bass and hip hop alongside a dance-focused second stage. Downsview Park is reachable by the Toronto subway, and the official site publishes a festival guide with hours, prohibited items and cannabis regulations, plus hotel partners and afterparties across the city for the weekend.
