About Cova Santa

Cova Santa is an open-air club and restaurant in the hills of Sant Josep, at kilometre 7 of the road from Ibiza Town to San José, at the turn-off to Sa Caleta. It is built around a limestone cave that goes more than 25 metres underground and was used by pirates and smugglers; part of it now serves as the wine cellar. Parties start on a multi-level outdoor terrace with a stage and dining tables, private pagodas and raised VIP tables. When the outdoor music stops around midnight, the night moves into an underground indoor club that holds fewer than 500 people. Summer residencies in 2026 included Woomoon with organic house, Masaka Africana with Afro house, Pantheøn, PIV, Toytonics, Mind Enterprises and Wyld, and the season closes in early October.
