About Zombie Apocalypse
Zombie Apocalypse returns to the Queen Mary waterfront in Long Beach on 18 and 19 June 2027. Bassrush present it, and the premise is stated plainly on the festival’s own site: the world has been thrown into chaos, zombies are taking over, and there is only one way to stop them, which is loud bass music.
The Queen Mary is the 1930s Cunard liner permanently moored in Long Beach, and the waterfront beside it has been one of the southern California festival sites for years. Zomboy and Avello both played the 2026 edition.
Tickets are sold through Front Gate Tickets. Long Beach is 30 minutes south of downtown Los Angeles, with LAX 25 minutes away and Long Beach Airport 15. Mid June on the southern California coast is mild at around 23 degrees with the marine layer burning off by midday. For an American bass music festival with a concept that committed, Zombie Apocalypse is the one.
