Velvet Festival (Punat, Croatia) 2027

Velvet Festival returns to Punat on the Croatian island of Krk from 23 to 27 June 2027, a comeback after the 2025 tenth anniversary edition was billed as the festival’s final chapter. The organisers, Punat based Atelier Futura, have opened sales on blind tickets at 99 euros through Entrio and describe the 2027 run as a new chapter rather than a straight continuation. The exact site had not been confirmed at the time of writing.

Earlier editions were built around Medane beach, with four stages, more than 50 artists and a programme of boat parties working around the bay. Booking policy has always been broad rather than genre strict: the 2025 bill was led by Sega Bodega and Mount Kimbie, with club and left field electronic material filling the late slots and softer daytime programming on the shoreline. Capacity has stayed small enough that the beach and the town stay usable through the week.

Punat sits on the sheltered south east coast of Krk, around 40 minutes by road from Rijeka and a little under two hours from Zagreb, and the island is linked to the mainland by bridge, which makes it one of the easier Adriatic festival sites to reach without a flight.
