Tinderbox (Odense, Denmark) 2027

Tinderbox returns to Tusindaarsskoven in Odense from 24 to 26 June 2027, three days in the woodland park on the western edge of the Danish city. The festival has run since 2015 and has grown into one of the largest music events in Denmark, built around a main stage programme of international headliners and Danish acts plus a dedicated electronic arena.

That arena, MagicBox, is the part of the site that matters most to dance music audiences. It runs as a separate stage with its own production and has carried artists including Boris Brejcha across recent editions, programmed to run later than the main stages. The rest of the site spreads through the trees of Tusindaarsskoven, which keeps the walking distances short and gives the arenas natural shade through the long Danish midsummer evenings.

Odense is Denmark’s third city and sits on the island of Funen, roughly 90 minutes by train from Copenhagen and an hour from Aarhus, which means a large share of the audience travels in daily rather than camping. The festival site is at Elsesmindevej 50 in Odense V, a short bus ride from the centre. The first 2027 name was announced in August 2026 and further additions follow through the winter; passes are sold through the official Tinderbox shop. Other Nordic summer dates sit on our music festival page.
