About Lost Minds Festival
Lost Minds returns to Exhibition Park in Newcastle on 10 July 2027 after another sell-out edition, keeping its position as the largest dance music festival in the north east of England. Tickets went on sale as soon as the date was confirmed, sold through Live Nation, with a separate Loyal Minds allocation for returning customers.
The site is a city centre park rather than a field outside town, which shapes the layout. The main stage anchors the park, with the Kiddstock Temple, the Cream Container Stage and the Second Speed big top spread around it, and a Raver Express pop up double decker bus added as a smaller floor. Production scale is the selling point the organisers push, along with headline bookings that lean towards hard dance, trance and drum and bass.
Recent editions give a sense of the range. Darren Styles played the main stage in 2026 and Billy Gillies appeared in 2025, both recorded and published on the official channel. The 2027 line-up has not been announced. Exhibition Park sits a short walk from Haymarket Metro and Newcastle Central Station is ten minutes away by tram and rail connections, so this music festival needs no shuttle planning for anyone staying in the city.
