Das Energi Festival (Magna, UT, USA) 2027

Das Energi Festival returns to Magna, Utah on 6, 7 and 8 August 2027, running three days of electronic music on the southern shore of the Great Salt Lake west of Salt Lake City. The festival is produced by V2 Presents and has been the main electronic event in the Mountain West for over a decade, building its identity around the salt flats and the long desert sunsets that frame the main stage.

Programming spans house, techno, bass music and the larger main stage EDM bookings, split across multiple stages with their own production. Official aftermovies from 2019 onwards show the scale of the build: large structures on open ground, heavy lighting and a crowd that comes in from across Utah, Nevada, Colorado and Idaho.

Three day passes for 2027 are sold through Tixr and also listed on AXS, with tiered pricing and payment plans released ahead of the line up. Magna sits around 20 minutes west of Salt Lake City, with Salt Lake City International Airport 25 minutes from the site, and the city is the practical base because there is no camping. The 2027 bill had not been announced at the time of writing. For the American Mountain West, it is the music festival that anchors the summer.
