DAAD Gathering (Dadpuszta, Hungary) 2027

DAAD Gathering returns to Dádpuszta in rural Hungary from 16 to 21 June 2027, six days of electronic music in a forested setting. The event is built around continuous sound, art installations and free movement between several stages, and it takes place at the same site as the O.Z.O.R.A. festival grounds.

The lineup for the 2027 edition has not been announced yet. Past editions have featured Charlotte de Witte, Max Cooper, Daniel Avery, Blawan, Rødhåd, Ben UFO, Len Faki, Satoshi Tomiie, Oscar Mulero and Kangding Ray, which shows the underground focus of the programme across techno, ambient and experimental electronic music.

Instead of fixed headline blocks, the schedule has used a fluid format, with music starting around midday and continuing through the night and into sunrise hours in selected areas. Artists are given space for long sets that explore hypnotic, minimal, industrial and atmospheric directions without strict time pressure.

Environment and community define the event. Forest stages, open fields and quieter listening zones are connected by walking paths, and sound systems are tuned for each space to give detailed low frequencies and a sense of depth, especially during night sessions when lighting is kept low.
