About Trädgår’n

Trädgår'n is a concert venue, restaurant and nightclub at Nya Allén 11 in central Gothenburg. A café first opened on the site in 1858 and a restaurant with a concert hall followed in 1887. After a fire in 1994, Higab and the architects Studio Grön built the current building, which opened in May 1998 with a restaurant, concert stage and nightclub. The main hall holds about 1,300 standing guests, with a balcony overlooking the stage. Alongside concerts, comedy and dinner shows, the nightclub opens on selected nights with headline DJ bookings: the autumn 2026 calendar lists Sub Focus, Kream, Swimming Paul, an ODZ night with Högt Tryck and Otto Knows on Christmas Day. Earlier club guests named by the venue include Axwell, Avicii and Calvin Harris. ABBA played their first ever live show here, under the name Fästfolket. Trädgår'n is part of Burgsvik Group AB.
