About Spy Bar

Spy Bar is a nightclub at Birger Jarlsgatan 20 on Stureplan in central Stockholm, housed since 1995 in the Daneliuska huset, a historic building on the square. It is one of the two original venues of Stureplansgruppen, the hospitality group behind many of the city's clubs, bars and hotels, and it now sits in the group's ENTR nightlife brand. Journalist Carl M Sundevall ran the club from 2006 to 2012, and since 2016 it has been run by Joel Ighe and Charlie Lindström. Spy Bar opens Thursday to Saturday from 23:00 to 05:00 with a 25+ age limit, and its DJs play a mix of genres for a broad crowd. The club is widely known in Sweden as a meeting place for celebrities, and Restaurang Humlegården at the edge of Humlegården park is seen as its outdoor terrace.
