About Sa Trinxa
Sa Trinxa is a beach bar and restaurant on Playa de Ses Salines in the south of Ibiza, inside the Ses Salines Natural Park, reached along a wooden boardwalk through dunes and pine woods. Nito founded it in 1980 as a small shelter by the sea, and its name refers to the plants that grow around the beach. For more than thirty years it has also been a meeting point for music lovers, locals and travellers. The kitchen serves Mediterranean food, fish, meat, salads, pasta and dishes to share, with wine, cava and champagne. Sa Trinxa holds two Repsol Soletes. Its 2026 website lists it as open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, and the bar describes music and the Ses Salines vibe as setting the pace each season.
