About MUZE

MUZE is a club, cocktail bar, members' club and media studio in Westlands, Nairobi, on the nightlife strip locals call Electric Avenue. It is open on Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm and focuses on house and Afro house, pairing Kenyan resident DJs such as Hiribae with international guests. Recent nights have included Damian Lazarus, an Anjunadeep takeover and the Hometown Heroes showcase of Kenyan electronic talent.

In March 2025 MUZE moved from a compact 400 capacity space to a larger venue a short walk away in Westlands, with three air conditioned rooms, a capacity of about 1,500, a quadraphonic Funktion-One system, Chauvet lights and LED screens. The team also runs MUZE Open Air, a one-day outdoor event, and a paid membership that includes club and Open Air tickets.
