UnKonscious Festival (Pattaya, Thailand) 2027

UnKonscious returns to Pattaya from 28 to 31 January 2027, four days of trance on the Thai coast. The organisers describe it as Asia’s biggest and best known trance festival, and the claim holds: UnKonscious has brought pure trance to the beaches of Thailand since 2018 and effectively created the Asian trance circuit around itself.

Trance in Asia had no equivalent of the European festival infrastructure before this, and the festival’s position as the pioneer is reflected in the audience it draws from across the region and from Europe. The programming stays in trance across its range rather than widening into adjacent genres, which is why it has kept its identity.

Tickets are sold through Ticketmelon. Pattaya is around 90 minutes from Bangkok and the same from Suvarnabhumi by road, with the festival on the coast rather than in the city centre. Late January in Thailand is the cool season, around 31 degrees with no rain. The festival publishes an official aftermovie for each edition. For an Asian trance music festival, UnKonscious has no competitor.
