About SunIce Festival
SunIce Festival returns to St. Moritz from 1 to 3 April 2027, the winter edition of what the organisers bill as Switzerland’s top winter festival. St. Moritz is the obvious stage for it: the Engadin resort has been a byword for alpine luxury since the nineteenth century and sits at 1,822 metres beside a frozen lake.
Three day festival passes, two day tickets and single day passes are all sold, along with VIP and early bird options, which gives the week more flexibility than the package only snow festivals. SunIce also runs a summer edition at Ascona on Lake Maggiore.
Tickets are sold through See Tickets. St. Moritz is reached by the Rhaetian Railway over the Albula line, a UNESCO world heritage route, at around three and a half hours from Zurich, and Samedan airport is 10 minutes away for private arrivals. Early April in the upper Engadin gives spring snow with intense high altitude sun. For a Swiss winter music festival, SunIce has the most prestigious address.
