Somnus Festival (Guanajuato (Canada de Negros), Mexico) 2026

Somnus Festival runs at Canada de Negros in Guanajuato from 6pm on Saturday 17 October to 10pm on Sunday 18 October 2026, two stages of psytrance, psytech and techno in central Mexico. The festival is produced by Modular with La Fabrica, and the organisers frame it as entering a collective dream, a place between reality and sleep.

The main stage brings Alex Stein alongside Akari System, Carbon, Rinkadink, Spinning Chakras, Intelligence, Tanko, Skywalker, Raindrop, Polsk and Lucky Hz, with visuals from Visual Fraktal Terrorist and Nexus Real. The second floor, La Fabrica, runs its own bill headed by Lady Blunt and Joel Domblas, splitting the programme between the psychedelic and techno sides of the booking.

Tickets include two days of camping. The early bird at 650 pesos sold out, with general phase one at 850 pesos plus a service charge. Accommodation can be added separately: a teepee for four people at 1,000 pesos a night, with no bedding supplied and festival entry not included, or a cabin sleeping five to six with bunks, mattresses and sheets at 2,000 pesos a night. Both use communal bathrooms and showers. Canada de Negros sits around 40 minutes from Leon. It is a Mexican music festival for the psychedelic end of the spectrum.
