Nebula X Festival (Costinesti, Romania) 2027

Nebula X Festival takes over the Nibiru Arena in Costinesti from 22 to 25 July 2027, running four nights of EDM, techno and house on the Romanian Black Sea coast. The venue is the centrepiece of the Nibiru complex, which its operators describe as the largest open air club in the world, and the festival is the biggest electronic event on the Romanian seafront. Doors open at 4pm each day with programming running through to midnight.

Pricing is the main draw. Passes start at 199 lei, roughly 40 euros, with instalment plans from 21.89 lei a month, which puts a four night coastal festival well below the equivalent in Spain or Greece. Tickets are non refundable and also cover access to the Nibiru Promenade, the wider seafront complex that holds bars, a brewery and additional stages. The 2027 line up had not been announced at the time of writing.

There is no age limit on the event itself. Attendees aged between 15 and 18 may come unaccompanied but must carry an original parental consent declaration, while under 15s have to be with a parent or legal guardian who also holds a valid ticket. Costinesti sits about 30 kilometres south of Constanta, with Mihail Kogalniceanu the nearest airport. It is a coastal music festival that trades on price and location.
