About
EDC Las Vegas, Insomniac’s flagship Electric Daisy Carnival, takes place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and in 2027 expands into two festival weekends for the first time. EDC Dusk runs from 14 to 16 May 2027 and EDC Dawn from 21 to 23 May 2027, with EDC Week and special events bridging the two under a 12-day programme the organisers call Dusk Till Dawn, running from 13 to 24 May.
In a message on the official site, Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella explains that both weekends will operate at reduced capacity to give more space on the dance floors and ease traffic, flights and hotel demand, and that ticket prices are being brought closer to what they were a decade ago. Passes have been on sale since 22 May 2026 through Front Gate: a single weekend general admission pass is 399.99 USD, a Dusk and Dawn pass covering both weekends is 599.99 USD, and a layaway plan starts with a 5 USD deposit. Camp EDC passes are also on sale, including an 11-night Dusk Till Dawn camping option.
The lineup will be the same across both weekends and has not yet been announced. EDC is built around its themed stages under the Electric Sky, from the kineticFIELD main stage to house and techno areas, carnival rides and art cars, which gives it a wider spread than a pure techno festival. The speedway sits north of the Strip, with shuttles, parking, helicopter and private car options listed on the official travel pages.
