About Tempio del Futuro Perduto

Tempio del Futuro Perduto is an independent, artist-run cultural centre in lot 10 of the Fabbrica del Vapore, the former industrial complex on Via Luigi Nono in Milan's Sarpi area. It was started in December 2017 by a group of young people who took over unused space next to the Fabbrica del Vapore to make art without grants or red tape, and it is now run by the association Nuovo Rinascimento under a municipal concession confirmed until 2030. The site covers about 4,000 square metres indoors and 3,000 square metres outside, with workshops, music production studios, exhibitions, a barter market and solidarity projects during the week. At night the space hosts club parties focused on techno, hard techno and electro, and in October 2026 it celebrated nine years with a run of anniversary nights.
