About Baia Imperiale

Baia Imperiale is a summer superclub on Via Panoramica in Gabicce Monte, on the hill above Gabicce Mare at the southern end of the Romagna riviera near Cattolica and Riccione. The site first opened on 29 June 1975 as the Baia degli Angeli, founded by entrepreneur Giancarlo Tirotti with long opening hours, two swimming pools, a restaurant and a panoramic terrace. It closed in 1978 and reopened in 1985 as Baia Imperiale, with a Roman theme of tall columns, statues and a Neptune staircase. The club has four areas: Sala del Senato, Zodiaco, Sala delle Piscine and the Terrazza. The 2026 season opened on 31 May and mixed house, techno and EDM with commercial, revival and Latin rooms, plus Afro Raduno nights. Baia Imperiale has also been a filming location for Italian comedies such as Abbronzatissimi.
