About PEUALI 2027: El Llamado de Xolotl

PEUALI returns to the Riviera Nayarit on 26, 27 and 28 March 2027 with El Llamado de Xolotl, the next chapter in the festival’s running narrative. Music Vision produce it, and each edition continues a story drawn from Mexica mythology rather than starting fresh.

This year’s theme turns on Xolotl, the god of dusk, hidden paths and guardian of souls, following the fire ceremony of the previous edition. The organisers describe a sonic ceremony under the skies of the Riviera Nayarit where the drums sound between the jungle and the sea.

Tickets are sold through Boletomovil, with first phase general admission at 1,243 pesos including fees and an Experience tier at 1,808 pesos that includes a kit handed over at the entrance. The exact site is still to be confirmed by the organisers. Puerto Vallarta International serves the whole Nayarit coast with direct flights from across North America, and late March on the Pacific is dry and warm. For a Mexican music festival built on its own mythology, PEUALI is the one.
