CAPRÍSONO (Mexico City (mountains, secret location), Mexico) 2026

CAPRISONO returns on 14 and 15 November 2026 for its microfest in the mountains outside Mexico City, a two stage event that runs for more than 20 hours across a single night and the following day. The organisers, Mundo Capricho, keep the exact site private and release directions to ticket holders, a format that has become common for small Mexican events held outside the capital.

The 2026 bill covers ABXENT, ALO and ED, BXLOVE and D-UFO, GOG, James Andrew, Jay Tripwire, Nimue and Zepha, Shakolin, Shisho, Sibil, Yentl, Blue Command, OBTA, Phanta and Swati, with visuals from Dr Monitor and Phanta. The booking policy leans towards deep and hypnotic house and techno rather than peak time material, and the Canadian veteran Jay Tripwire sits as the most widely known name on the poster. Sound is handled on Funktion-One, with Mezcal Amaras and the Trommel platform attached as partners.

The scale is deliberately small. Two stages, a capped crowd and a site at altitude in the hills above the Valley of Mexico give the weekend the character of a private gathering rather than a mass event, and the organisers describe it as a microfest. Tickets are sold in phases through the official site, with first phase access at 700 Mexican pesos plus service, capped at four per order, and payment handled through Mercado Pago. Other Latin American dates are collected on our music festival page.
