This Is Aphex Twin Playlist on Spotify

Few catalogs are as hard to categorise. This Is Aphex Twin is Spotify’s essential-tracks collection for Aphex Twin, and it also reaches into his AFX and Luke Vibert corners.

Tracks like “Xtal”, “Avril 14th”, “#3”, “aisatsana [102]” and “Pulsewidth” show the range, from delicate piano to restless electronics. The list uses only Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert and AFX as credited artists.

This is headphone music rather than a floor-filler: focused work, late-night wandering or deep listening at home. It holds 50 tracks and runs 4 h 1 min. Put it on when you want the mind to wander, from quiet piano pieces to jagged beats.

Ambient, acid and everything between.
