About Juicy Beats
Juicy Beats expands to two days in 2027, running on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 July in the Westfalenpark in Dortmund. The festival has been staged since 1996 and had run as a single Saturday in recent years, so the move to a Friday and Saturday format with camping included is the largest change to the event in some time. FINCH has been confirmed as the first headliner, with a second due after the early bird window closes.
The Westfalenpark is a 70 hectare municipal park in the south of the city, built for the 1959 federal garden show and dominated by the Florianturm television tower. The festival spreads stages through the gardens and open lawns, booking across German rap, indie, pop and electronic music rather than specialising, which is a large part of why it has lasted three decades in a city of this size.
Early bird tickets were priced at 95 euros until the end of September 2026, rising afterwards, and are sold through the festival’s own MyTicket shop. A free festival guide app for iOS and Android carries the timetable, site map and practical information. The organisers also donated 3,670 euros to the Dortmunder Tafel food bank from the 2026 edition. Dortmund main station is 15 minutes from the park by U-Bahn. It is a long running German music festival in an unusual setting.
