Groove Cruise Miami (Miami, FL, United States) 2027

Groove Cruise sails from Miami from 21 to 25 January 2027 aboard the Allure of the Seas, billed by the organisers as the world’s largest electronic music cruise and festival at sea. The ship itself is one of the largest afloat, which means multiple stages running simultaneously across its decks.

Groove Cruise has run since 2004 and publishes a full aftermovie for each sailing, with films from the Miami editions going back to 2019. The format puts the artists on board for the duration rather than flying them in, so the line up is present across the whole voyage, and the ports become stops within a continuous event.

Cabins rather than tickets are sold, booked through the Groove Cruise site with pricing by cabin grade and occupancy. Miami is the departure port, served directly from across the Americas and Europe through Miami International, and the organisers recommend arriving the day before sailing. Late January in the Caribbean is dry season. For an electronic music festival at sea, Groove Cruise invented the format.
