About Godskitchen XXX
Godskitchen XXX comes to Birmingham on 30 and 31 May 2027, over the late May bank holiday. The XXX in the title reads as thirty in Roman numerals, which places the event at the end of three decades for one of the defining British trance brands.
Godskitchen grew out of Birmingham in the late 1990s and became one of the two names, with Gatecrasher, that carried British trance through its peak years, running arena events and international tours from a Midlands base. Bringing the anniversary back to the city it started in is the obvious move.
Tickets are sold through Skiddle. Birmingham is 90 minutes from London by direct train and sits at the centre of the British motorway and rail networks, with Birmingham Airport 15 minutes from the city centre on the rail link. Late May in the midlands is mild at around 17 degrees with long evenings. For a British trance music festival, Godskitchen is the name with the history.
