About Bilbao BBK Live
Bilbao BBK Live returns to Kobetamendi on 8, 9 and 10 July 2027, holding its place as one of the few major European festivals built on a hillside above a city. The site looks down over Bilbao from the Kobeta hill, with as many as twelve stages spread across the slopes and woodland.
The festival crossed its twentieth anniversary at the most recent edition, marked with a run of commemorative merchandise, and has built a reputation for pairing international headliners with a strong electronic programme that runs long after the main stages finish. The organisers also run the Sirimiri experience alongside the main site and operate a cashless system with free refunds of any unused balance.
Practical arrangements are unusually well developed: camping and glamping sit next to the festival, lockers and festival buses are booked in advance through the website, and the fan sale gives subscribers the cheapest pass before general release. The 2027 line-up has not been announced. Bilbao airport is 15 minutes from the city, and shuttle buses run up the hill from the centre throughout this music festival.
