The April series of the techno music event calendar is ready. All the festivals organized this month that you can attend are listed below.

Chronologically, we compile the events that attract attention and expected throughout the month for fans and share the significant notifications with the public, such as line-ups, ticket fees etc. For more, please follow our website and stay tuned for the updates. Fuse Matiné: Yaya

(2 April, Garagem, Lisboa, Portugal)

April is at the door, and with that we turn the page. It is at Garagem Lisboa that we begin a new chapter of hope, of returning to matinees, of reconquering a time and space where we were always happy. We look forward to seeing you on the 2nd of April. Attention, limited tickets.


I Love Techno: Europe

(9 April – 13 April, Parc Expo, Montpellier, France)

After a year without a festival, normal service is resumed this December as I Love Techno returns to Montpellier for another characteristically stellar showcase of underground electronic music.

Now firmly established in its South of France residence having previously called Belgium home, the festival’s enduring legacy is testament to the passion and dedication for techno that emanates from the lineups packed with the scene’s most beloved proponents and exciting shining lights.


Haçienda At Tobacco Dock

(15 April, Tobacco Dock, London, UK)

Taking place on Good Friday, Haçienda at Tobacco Dock is the largest event that the legendary nightclub has ever held in the capital.

Across three stages in the grade one listed warehouse and historic London venue and, the lineup will feature some of the USA’s most iconic dance music pioneers from NYC to Detroit take on three of the venue’s cavernous main rooms respectively.

From Masters at Work and Carl Craig to many more, the event promises wall to wall house music legends to emulate the halcyon days of clubbing at FAC 51.


DGTL Amsterdam

(15 April – 17 April, NDSM Docklands, Amsterdam, Netherlands)

DGTL Amsterdam is an underground electronic music festival held in the Dutch capital. The DGTL brand is a powerhouse for electronic music, hosting unbeatable events all over the world.

Now on their eighth edition, DGTL Amsterdam remains their flagship event, inviting thousands to their stages every year.

This famous electronic festival has made its home in the incredible NDSM Docklands, situated just north of the river across from Central Station.


Terminal V Festival | Resurgence

(16 April – 17 April, Royal Highland Centre, Newbridge, UK)

Terminal V returns to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre for Easter 2022 for their first ever two-day festival.

A bumper edition of the famed techno rave sees a packed roster of icons and upstarts head to the mass warehouse complex on 16-17th April.

The likes of Amelie Lens, Sven Väth, Helena Hauff, Tale Of Us, Marcel Dettmann, Solardo, and Nina Kraviz will all be soundtracking the event’s long overdue return, which also marks Kraviz’s first time at Terminal.


Awakenings Festival

(16 April – 17 April, Spaarnwoude, Netherlands)

Awakenings Festival is an electronic music festival held in Spaarnwoude Houtrak, just outside of Amsterdam. Anchored in the techno scene, the festival brings in the biggest names to The Netherlands.

Awakenings has become one of the biggest names in electronic music, holding events all over the country, from the Dutch Capitals favourite Gashouder to the scenic forest setting Spaarnwoude.

Now known as one of the most popular electronic events in the country, Awakenings Festival features 100 acts spread out over eight stages, creating a techno heaven for likeminded ravers to unite.


Free Rave – Easter Bank

The people’s favourite Free Rave returns to Motion!
If you’ve been to our bank holiday specials before, you’ll know we do NOT hold back!
As usual, we’ll be announcing a carefully selected handful of Bristol and beyond’s most exciting DJs and brands, as well as some special guests who’ll be announced on the night.


LOVIN’ IBIZA

(17 April – 18 April, Lio Ibiza, Eivissa, Spain)

LOVIN´IBIZA Festival has become after 9 years the first major event that opens the
Ibiza season before the famous “Openings”. During the last 9 years LOVIN´IBIZA has carried out its events in all the most important clubs and beach clubs of the island such as: Ushuaia, Pacha, Space, Privilege.


c/o pop Festival

(20 April – 24 April, Cologne, Germany)

c/o pop is a city-wide music festival held in multiple venues across Cologne, Germany.

With an onus on rising talent, a carefully curated of the newest sounds, both homegrown and international, make their way to Cologne in what is one of the key dates in the calendar for new music exploration. The European music industry follows suit, to hear a myriad of music from across the spectrum, with artists performing within venues, clubs, halls, open-air stages, and makeshift pop-up locations.


Loveland Van Oranje

(27 April, Meerpark, Amsterdam, Netherlands)

Loveland van Oranje is an electronic music festival, held as part of the Kingsday festivities which happen across The Netherlands on April 27th each year.

To celebrate the Kings birthday the whole country sports the colour orange in a day of music, food and dance which spans across Holland. With street parties and festivals happening everywhere, this is a day to celebrate everything Dutch.

Loveland’s van Oranje party is a key part of this as it invites an enviable selection of national and international artists to help them mark this joyous occasion.


Pyramid Warm-Up

(29 April – 30 April, Amnesia, Ibiza, Spain)

The beautiful country of Spain is readying itself to host an amazing music festival that goes by the name – Warm Up Festival 2022 in Murcia from 29th to 30th April 2022. The Murcia Region is the ideal destination to celebrate WARM UP Levante Star because of its favourable position, sunny temperature virtually all year, and diverse food.

MAYDAY Dortmund

(20 April, Westfallenhallen, Dortmund, Germany)

MAYDAY Dortmund is one of the most iconic dance music events on the European continent.

Whilst pioneering central Europe’s techno domination early in its lifespan, in recent times MAYDAY has showcased a wider variety of sounds ranging from hardstyle to house, and trance to EDM; Dortmund’s famous Westfalenhallen has seen headline performances from the likes of Tiësto, Sven Väth, Chris Liebing, Lost Frequencies, Markus Schulz, Angerfist, and Adam Beyer over the past few editions.
