New feature started to be offered for premium users in beta

Spotify has launched the Group Sessions feature in beta, which will allow premium users to share their DJing skills.

Session owners now can create a common session with sharing a browsable Spotify code from their apps with anyone they want. Anyone who joins the session will be able to use options such as pause, play, skip, add to the next song. Although there is no restriction on the number of people who can join a session, for now, it has been announced that the beta version will be developed according to the user experiences.

It will be possible for multiple devices to access the music played from a single Spotify Connect/Bluetooth speaker. Furthermore, during these times of social isolation, every user who joins the session will be able to join Group Sessions from their own locations.
