Rewire (The Hague, Netherlands) 2027

Rewire is an annual international festival for adventurous music in The Hague, the Netherlands. Its 16th edition runs from Thursday, April 8 to Sunday, April 11, 2027, across venues in the city centre including concert halls, theatres, churches, nightclubs, galleries and public space.

The programme mixes experimental electronic music, contemporary composition, avant garde pop, club music, installations, talks and screenings, with commissioned works and premieres alongside established names. Past artists at the festival include Laurie Anderson, Meredith Monk, Arca, Nicolas Jaar, Tim Hecker, Holly Herndon, Autechre, Kelela, Fever Ray, Oneohtrix Point Never and Moor Mother. Because the festival uses many venues in walking distance of each other, it works as a city festival rather than a single site event.

For 2027 the organisers have announced a Netherlands exclusive performance by Diamanda Galas ahead of the first full line-up announcement, which was planned for later in the year. Tickets are sold on the festival site: a 4 day pass for April 8 to 11 is listed at 179 euro regular or 169 euro for students, and a 3 day pass for April 9 to 11 at 159 euro regular or 149 euro for students, both including service costs.

Rewire also runs a year round concert series with Korzo theatre in The Hague, called Rewire x Korzo, whose next evening takes place on December 4, 2026 with Raul Refree and Nino de Elche, Visible Cloaks and Diamanda Dramm. Visitors planning a trip can reach The Hague by train from Amsterdam Schiphol and Rotterdam, and the festival centre is within walking distance of the main stations.
