About 44 Festival
44 Festival returns to the Junkyard outdoor arena in Karlsruhe on 3 July 2027, the open air flagship of Kobosil’s 44 Label Group. Doors open late morning and the programme runs through the day and into the night on a site the label has used repeatedly for its German outdoor dates.
44 Label Group was founded by the Berlin producer Kobosil in 2021, the number taken from the old postal code of Neukolln, and it has become one of the defining imprints of the current hard techno wave. The label’s events follow the same aesthetic: fast, heavy and visually austere, with back to back sets a recurring feature of the billing rather than an occasional novelty.
Previous Karlsruhe editions have carried Kobosil alongside names including Nikolina, Clara Cuve, Hannah Laing, Somewhen, Prada2000, Svetec and Azzle, usually with an afterparty programme spread across clubs in the city once the outdoor arena closes. The event is produced by RRS Event GmbH and tickets are sold through the label’s own events site. The 2027 lineup had not been published at the time of writing.
