This page explains how to delete your Techno Airlines account (the app and technoairlines.com membership), what gets deleted and what we keep.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Techno Airlines app and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Delete your account by email
If you no longer have the app, send an email from the address you signed up with to info@technoairlines.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your email address and sign-in sessions
- Everything you follow (festivals, artists, clubs, playlists) and your notification settings
- Your notification history and push device tokens
- Giveaway entries linked to the account
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous usage statistics (such as app launches and taps, not linked to your identity) are kept for analytics. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security.
